J-28B is refined konjac powder by alcohol treatment after purified powder was obtained. It shows even stronger synergistic effects with kappa carrageenan and xanthan gum to form gel and very low TVC. 0.25% will give fair clarity solution. (Coarser or finer particle size powder are also available on request.)

· Shelf life: 24 month min, (viscosity will lose slightly during storage on high temperature, about 10-20% after 12 months if storage temperature over 30 ° C).
