3A is is purified konjac powder . It shows good synergistic effects with kappa carrageenan and xanthan gum to form gel.
· Appearance: Free flow powder, off-white in colour, with typical konjac odour
· Particles size: 95% pass 120 meshes

· Total ash: 5%;
· Glucomannan content: 70% min

· Viscosity: 10,000 cps min (1% sol, 30 min, NDJ viscometer at 12 rpm)
