Product description:
Quick Soluble Agar obtained by extraction from natural red seaweed with special technology. Agar is odourless. tasteless and white in colour, it is partial soluble in cold water, and soluble at 80°C, comparison with classic agar, which is only soluble in boiling water, the product meets E406 specification.
Main applications:
Naturally fermented yogurt, as a stabilizer and gelling agent, provides good flavor release and taste and increases coagulability. Prevent the separation of fat or whey. To improve the shelf life of the product, the product can be completely dissolved in 85 C.
Typical use level 0.05-0.3%.

Major application: Stabiliser in Yoghurt and Yoghurt drinks.
Solution preparation: Either dry mix with other ingredients, such as sugar, milk powder Or add into water (cold milk) under quick stirring to avoid to form “lumps”.
